Do not attempt to blow your nose for 24 hours.  Begin nasal irrigation as outlined: Purchase a brand of nasal saline spray and sniff it up both nostrils every 2-3 waking hours.  At night coat the inside of both nostrils with Ayr Saline Gel before bed.  Apply with a Q-tip.  When sneezing keep mouth open.  Pressure should come through mouth for 24 hours.
